How to map a Network Drive?

Step 1: Connect to Network Drive

Open File Explorer and navigate to the "This PC" or "Computer" tab.


Step 2: Add a Network Drive

  1. Select the "Mapping" tab from the top menu bar.
  2. Click on the "Add Network Drive" option.


     3.  Enter your username and password.

Step 3: Specify the Network Resource

  1. In the "Map Drive" window, choose the drive letter you want to use in the "Drive" section.
  2. Enter the path of the network resource in the "Folder" section (e.g., \\<VESSELNAME>Nas).


Step 4: Authentication

  1. Check the "Connect using different credentials" option if necessary, and enter your username and password.
  2. Check the "Remember my credentials" option if you want to save your password for the next session.

Step 5: Complete the Connection

Finish the process with a button like "Finish" or "Complete." After this step, you should be able to access the network drive using the chosen drive letter.
